• Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo from Google Sign-In.
• Household preferences — household type, household name, meal preferences, dietary restrictions, cuisine preferences, and ingredient preferences you provide.
• Payment information — GCash sender number and reference number you submit for token purchases. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank account details.
• Usage data — generated meal plans stored to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalise the meal planning service.
• Process and verify token purchases.
• Maintain your account and preferences.
• Communicate with you about your account or payments.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• OpenAI — your meal preferences are sent to OpenAI's API to generate meal plans. OpenAI's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Google — authentication is handled via Google Sign-In under Google's privacy policy.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Neon Postgres). We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
